Are you digital at ORMDI?:

ORMDI is completely digital with the exception of Mammography and Cardiac Testing. All our data and reports are stored in our RIS (Radiology Information System). Our digital images are accessible on our PACS (Picture Archiving Communication System).

What are your X-ray Hrs?

X-ray patients are taken on a walk in basis.
We take our last X-ray patient 15 minutes before we close.

X-ray hrs are:
Monday- Thursday 8:30-7:45pm
Fridays: 8:30-4:45pm
Sat & Sun: 9:30-1:45pm

Are you registered to perform IPS exams?

Yes, ORMDI Ultrasound technologists are registered IPS technologists. They are certified to perform the Nuchal Translucency Screening exams at 11-14 weeks gestation. The blood lab on the first floor also conducts the IPS blood work for your convenience.

How far along should I be to have a detailed Obstetrical exam in my 2nd trimester?

We find that 19 weeks gestation allows the Sonographers to visualizaton the structures that are required to be imaged. If you are 17-18 weeks pregnant, you may be asked to come back for a Limited Obstetrical exam to examine the structures that were not seen on the initial exam.
